Jordan has always loved connecting with people and learning about the different cultures, traditions, places, and values that make us all unique. She channeled this passion into her studies at the University of Washington and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. While at the University of Washington, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Paris, France for a summer. Jordan’s travels and the interactions she was able to have with people from around the world cemented her desire to enter a professional field where she would be able to serve and work alongside diverse populations.
After graduating from the University of Washington, Jordan worked in an elementary school as a Paraeducator where she was able to work one-on-one supporting a Kindergarten student. Jordan loved working with kids so much, that she eventually went back to the University of Washington to earn her teaching certificate. Jordan graduated from the University of Washington’s teaching program with a K-8 and English Language Learners (ELL) teaching certificate and a Master of Education degree. Jordan served in the Federal Way School District as an elementary school ELL teacher and later transitioned to the Franklin Pierce School District as a third-grade teacher. She loved connecting with her students and their families and felt honored to be able to help her students learn and grow throughout their time together.
Jordan is a lifelong learner that values pushing oneself to continually learn and grow. She decided to take the skills she had learned while teaching in elementary schools into a new career. She jumped at the chance to apply for the Client Services Coordinator position at B&A Litigation Services, as she believed the position aligned well with her passion for supporting and connecting with others. She has loved learning about the court reporting industry and is enjoying building relationships with her colleagues and B&A’s clients! Jordan could not be happier to be a part of the B&A Litigation Services team and is excited to continue building on B&A’s reputation for providing its clients and employees with exceptional support and customer service.
