Meet the Team: Lori Haworth, Court Reporter
Meet our Court Reporter, Lori Haworth!
Lori was introduced to court reporting by a high school business teacher who also taught written shorthand. After graduation in 1987, she went on to Green River College and their Court Reporting Program, graduating in 1990 with an Associate’s of Applied Arts. She interned and was a freelance reporter with Flygare & Associates, also doing pro tem work for the Federal District Court and King County Superior Court, during which time she attained her RPR certification. In 1996, she joined Starkovich Reporting Services, which eventually merged with Byers & Anderson (now B&A Litigation Services). She has been with B&A ever since!
Today, she freelances with us regularly, taking many in-person and virtual depositions. She loves working with our clients and enjoys the unique profession of court reporting.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, taking her dog for walks down to the beach, and going to Mariners games.
She is very proud of her oldest son, now 23, who graduated with a BSN from PLU in 2022 and now works as a Navy nurse stationed in 29 Palms, California. She is looking forward next year to her twins graduating, a son from WSU with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a minor in math, and a daughter also graduating from PLU with a BSN!
