Finding the entrance and parking
The entrance is in the alley behind the building, not from the main road. If you are following directions to the street address, continue around to the alley and look for our door there.
Limited onsite parking is available, along with a free public parking lot on the same block. If you are bringing a larger group or a witness who needs to be dropped off close to the door, let us know when you schedule.
Accessibility
Our Tacoma facility is not ADA accessible. If anyone attending your deposition, mediation or meeting needs an accessible space, contact our scheduling team before the date and we will arrange another accessible location for the proceeding. Telling us early gives us the most time to find one that suits everyone attending.
Our conference rooms
We have three conference rooms at the Tacoma office, each suited to a different size of proceeding:
- Commencement Bay (23′ × 24′): our largest room, seating 12 boardroom style and up to 20, for multi-party depositions and mediations.
- Olympic (13′6″ × 27′6″): a long room seating 12, with outdoor deck access.
- Cascade (11′6″ × 13′6″): seats 8, for a smaller deposition or a private discussion, with outdoor deck access.
Every room has a wall-mounted display with Zoom capability.
Every room comes with complimentary WiFi, coffee, soda, water and snacks, plus flip charts and markers. The office has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, which helps on full-day and multi-day proceedings. Who you will work with
Cheyenne, our Client Services Lead, runs scheduling, and when you ask for a last-minute date, an awkward setup or a witness in another state, the answer is yes. B&A is court reporter–owned: co-owner Sarah Fitzgibbon is a working court reporter who still takes depositions every week.
Every deposition we cover in Washington is taken by a state-certified court reporter who swears the witness, makes the record as it happens, and signs the certification page. Two offices, one team
Our second office is in Seattle, at 2801 Alaskan Way on Elliott Bay. If your deposition or meeting is closer to King County, see our Seattle office on Elliott Bay. Both offices are served by the same scheduling team, and for depositions outside Washington we cover you nationwide, with the same point of contact and the same invoice.
