From integrating Zoom into our livestreams by embedding the meeting into custom-built platforms to utilizing its closed captioning and interpretation functions to support clients virtually during the pandemic, we take the stress out of hosting mission-critical Zoom meetings. Recently, our ThirdReel division supported a public candidates forum for the Sustainable Port Chester Alliance, which is located on the East Coast. We actively managed the visual display and designed the meeting so that the candidates and moderator were the only people with the ability to speak. Audience members could see and hear the candidates but could not unmute themselves and disrupt the discussion. We also offered live interpretation into Spanish and closed captioning for the event, all done through Zoom. The meeting was recorded into both Spanish and English and made available for those unable to attend the meeting in person.
