At B&A Litigation Services, we offer fully equipped meeting and conference rooms designed to support depositions, mediations, arbitrations, meetings, trainings and other business or legal proceedings. Our Tacoma conference rooms are located in Old Town Tacoma and feature a beautiful view of the water, creating a calm, professional setting. Our Seattle office at 2801 Alaskan Way, on Elliott Bay, has three conference rooms and is staffed Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Three Rooms in Old Town Tacoma
Our Old Town Tacoma office has three conference rooms, so you can match the room to the proceeding:
- Commencement Bay (23′ × 24′): seats 12 boardroom style, up to 20. Wall-mounted display with Zoom, Keurig coffee maker, beverage fridge, seating area, an L-shaped sideboard for catering, whiteboard and a telescope.
- Olympic (13′6″ × 27′6″): seats 12 boardroom style. Wall-mounted display with Zoom, coffee maker, outdoor deck access, two credenzas and a movable whiteboard.
- Cascade (11′6″ × 13′6″): seats 8 boardroom style. Wall-mounted display with Zoom, outdoor deck access, credenza and a movable whiteboard.
B&A’s meeting rooms are designed with professionalism and flexibility in mind. Whether you are hosting a brief meeting or a full-day proceeding, our spaces are quiet, clean and thoughtfully arranged to promote productivity and collaboration.
Three Rooms on the Seattle Waterfront
Our Seattle office at 2801 Alaskan Way sits on Elliott Bay, and its three conference rooms cover the same range of proceedings as Tacoma:
- Boardroom: a conference table that seats 10, with windows looking out over the Olympic Sculpture Park toward the Space Needle.
- Large conference room: U-shaped tables that seat 12, with a large display and a conference camera for hybrid depositions and presentations. Exposed timber beams and a glass wall.
- Small conference room: a wood-top table that seats 6, a mounted monitor, and floor-to-ceiling windows over the water. It works for a one-witness deposition or a witness joining remotely.
The Seattle office is staffed Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Full Kitchen Access (Tacoma Location)
Our Old Town Tacoma location includes access to a full kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. This is especially convenient for full-day or multi-day meetings, mediations or proceedings where food storage, meal breaks or catering setup may be required.
Using the Rooms for Depositions
The rooms are set up for the way depositions run now. Hold a hybrid deposition with some participants at the table and others on Zoom, Webex or Microsoft Teams, or host a witness in a quiet room while counsel joins remotely. Add a legal videographer if you want the testimony on video.
On-Site Staff Support
B&A offers on-site staff support to assist with administrative and logistical needs during your meeting. Services such as printing, scanning and special requests are available to help proceedings run efficiently. Some services may involve additional costs, and our team is happy to discuss details in advance to ensure clarity and planning.
Catering, Breakout Rooms and A/V Support
For meetings that require additional food and beverage options, catering is available at an additional cost. We work with trusted local vendors and can help coordinate catering to fit your meeting’s schedule and needs.
Breakout rooms are also available for an additional fee, providing flexibility for private discussions, team strategy sessions or parallel meetings.
For meetings requiring additional technical assistance, B&A offers small meeting A/V support at an additional cost. Available services include Zoom technicians and camera operators to support hybrid or recorded meetings.
Getting Here: Entrance and Parking
Our Tacoma office is at 2208 N 30th St, Suite 202, in walkable Old Town Tacoma, with restaurants and coffee nearby. The entrance is in the alley behind the building, not from the main road. Limited onsite parking is available, along with a free public parking lot on the same block.
Our Seattle office at 2801 Alaskan Way has parking on the street and in nearby garages; we will confirm access details when you book.
Accessibility at Both Offices

Tacoma. The Tacoma facility is not ADA accessible.
Seattle. The entrance is not step-free. Inside, the building has an elevator and an accessible restroom.
If a witness, attorney or anyone else attending needs step-free access, tell us when you book and we will arrange another accessible location for the proceeding. Remote participation is also an option where it suits the case. Either way, tell us early: the more notice we have, the better the alternative we can find.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book a B&A conference room for a deposition?
Yes, and rooms are complimentary with scheduled court reporting services. Our three Old Town Tacoma rooms and three Seattle rooms host depositions, mediations, arbitrations and meetings, in person or hybrid. Book the room when you schedule the deposition and we will have the court reporter, and a videographer or Zoom technician if you need one, set up in the same place. On the schedule form, choose Yes for Conference Room – Tacoma or Conference Room – Seattle.
What is included in the conference room?
