At B&A Litigation Services, clients schedule depositions, manage exhibits, access transcripts, and handle billing through B&A’s secure client portal. It is built to reduce administrative friction and give legal teams immediate, organized access to the materials they need.
The portal is the software. The service behind it is B&A: the scheduling team that confirms your booking, the court reporter who takes the deposition, and the staff who organize every transcript and exhibit for the case. It is one piece of our deposition case management.

“It is easy to e-mail my requests or can be done online. Their staff is very attentive with quick response time.”
Schedule Depositions in Less Than a Minute
The portal allows attorneys and legal staff to schedule depositions in under a minute. Instead of emails, phone calls, or back-and-forth coordination, users can submit deposition requests directly through the portal with just a few clicks.
Once a request is submitted and received by the B&A team, our staff promptly reviews the details and sends a confirmation, assuring you that the deposition has been successfully scheduled and assigned. This confirmation step provides peace of mind and eliminates uncertainty so that you know your proceeding is secured and on our calendar.
From there, B&A handles the staffing, logistics, and coordination while you maintain a clear record of upcoming proceedings in one centralized system.
Exhibit Upload That Feeds Your Binders
Attorneys can upload exhibits directly into the portal, ensuring materials are available to the B&A team and ready for upcoming depositions.
Uploaded exhibits go straight into B&A’s exhibit binder work. Ask us to handle exhibits case-wide and they are also tracked and numbered consecutively across every deposition and recorded in the case-wide exhibit index, so nobody in the room has to ask which number they are on. Housing exhibits in the portal also gives your team centralized access to current exhibit sets, fewer version-control issues, and easy sharing across internal team members.
Access Transcripts by Case
All transcripts ordered through B&A are organized and accessible within the portal by case, making it easy to locate and retrieve records without searching through emails or file systems.
Users can view and download transcripts, track transcript orders and delivery status, and maintain a complete record of testimony across a case. This case-based organization supports efficient review, comparison of testimony, and long-term file management.
We do not charge an archive fee for holding your transcripts. If you ordered hyperlinked exhibits, each exhibit reference in the transcript opens the exhibit itself.
Simple, Transparent Billing and Payments
The portal also streamlines the financial side of litigation support. Clients can view invoices, track billing activity, and submit payments directly through the platform.
This transparency helps firms reduce administrative time spent on billing questions, maintain clear records for accounting and client reporting, and handle payments quickly and securely. Every charge appears as its own line item on the invoice. The fees we do charge are intentional, and none of them are hidden.
Designed for Busy Legal Teams
The portal is designed with attorneys and litigation support staff in mind. It is secure and accessible from anywhere, allowing teams to stay organized whether they are in the office, at home, or on the road.
Because the portal integrates directly with B&A’s internal systems, updates are reflected in real time, keeping transcripts, exhibits, and invoices consistent across services.
Case materials, transcripts, exhibits, and billing information are handled within a secure, login-protected environment, and B&A handles them to the professional standards expected in legal matters.
Frequently asked questions
What is an online deposition repository?
An online deposition repository is a secure website where a court reporting firm stores your transcripts, exhibits, and case records so your team can retrieve them any time. At B&A, that is our client portal, where transcripts are organized by case and you can also schedule depositions, upload exhibits, and pay invoices.
Is the portal B&A's own software?
No, and we would rather say so. The portal runs on a third-party platform; B&A provides it to clients and runs the service behind it: confirming bookings, organizing transcripts by case, and turning uploaded exhibits into binders and, when you ask for it, a case-wide index. We use technology everywhere it helps.
Does B&A charge to store transcripts?
No. B&A does not charge an archive fee for holding your transcripts. Transcripts stay organized by case in the portal, and when you have asked us to handle exhibits case-wide we also hold original exhibits until trial at no charge. Every charge appears as its own line item on the invoice. The fees we do charge are intentional, and none of them are hidden.
Can I still schedule a deposition by phone or email?
Yes. The portal is one way to book, not the only way. You can call our Tacoma office at 253-627-6401, our Seattle office at 206-389-9321, or use our online scheduling form. However you book, our scheduling team reviews the details and sends a confirmation.
One Portal. One Team.
Fast scheduling, a confirmed assignment, organized exhibits, transcripts by case, and billing in one place, with the B&A team behind every piece of it. Schedule a deposition or order transcripts to get started.
